Aesop Rock Skelethon
First up is one we’ve been excited for some time now. Aesop Rock has returned to hip-hop with his debut with Rhymesayers Entertainment, which is perhaps the best and most underground hip-hop label out. Aesop has always been known for his catchy hooks and avant-garde style to the genre, and this a phenomenal pairing.
Dirty Projectors Swing Lo Magellan
That last we heard from these Harvard grads was a one-off collaboration with Bjork many months ago, and out of the blue they have reappeared with their most consistent work to date.
Twin Shadow Confess
We’ve cover George Lewis III a bit on I-MEGO, but today is the big day for the sequel to 2010’s Shadow. Lewis III seems more confident this time around and has been producing some beautiful music videos to accompany the story line of his album.
Zac Brown Band Uncaged
Call him the more relaxed version of Nashville, or call him a Jimmy Buffet doppelganger, but Zac Brown and his Band have been a hit in the country scene for close to a decade now, and Brown’s relaxed and often insightful narratives has us wondering just how much talent he’s got stored up in that skullcap of his.

Delicate Steve has no vocals and a simple amp and guitar combination. From there it’s anyone’s guess where he goes. Always curious and often ambient, Steve gets away with something few do in today’s musical market.
